Production

Our production has 15,000 sq m of total area, which employs a professional team of more than 150 people. The production is divided into two streams: non-standard furniture for residential premises, and standardized, where orders for Leroy Merlin and furniture for large objects are made. The production is certified according to the ISO 9001 system.

Storage area

In our storage with an area of 8000 sq.m. There is always a 3-4-day supply of necessary materials for production. Excellent logistics have been established, greatly simplifying the search for the right materials, as well as saving time.

Without fail, there is a significant supply of chipboard, MDF, plastic, glossy panels, glasses and mirrors, laminated profiles, as well as anodized profiles of different configurations and colors.

Production workshops

The total area of production facilities is 7000 sq.m. There are workshops for processing plate materials, glass, painting, milling, wrapping profiles and MDF and so on.

Processing of chipboard and MDF panels is done on Biesse Selco CNC machines. The streams themselves are divided into 2 parts: retail and serial. Both of these production workshops are equipped with CNC machines for cutting, edging and milling. They perform both simple and very complex operations. For example, for the artistic milling and processing of 4 and 5 coordinate machining centers.

The presence of our own glass workshop allows us to process glass and mirrors in a short time, making, including, and design products of the most complex configuration. Here, photo printing and sandblasting are applied according to the approved design project.

Our paint workshop has 3 paint booths. They allow you to paint MDF in any color according to RAL, both in a matte finish and glossy. Veneer is tinted and patinated here. Moreover, the color of the tint is chosen strictly at the choice of the client.

Assembly area

On the assembly site, small products for serial production are assembled, such as cabinets, chests of drawers, coffee tables and not only. On this site, the control assembly of individually designed pilot furniture models is underway, as well as the assembly of cabinet furniture components for Leroy Merlin stores.

At all stages of production and final assembly, strict quality control is carried out, which seriously increases the long-term and reliability of our products!
